VIEW DESCRIPTION

Slightly worn Luftwaffe tropical so-called "Hermann Meyer" officers field cap with neck protection shield.

Typical machine-woven insignia both period time attached by machine. Iron grommets with some rust.
Matching officer's chinstrap. All buttons originally attached and firmly in position.

Fine red cotton liner. Size "55" stamped as well as RBNr. (0/0250/0202). The year 1943 stamped underneath.

Very hard to find item in great condition. No moth bites, only minor signs of use and age.
