Extensive document grouping to Oberwachtmeitster der Schutzpolizei Wilhelm Schubert serving with 1. "Cholm" Polizei Regiment 25 and Reserve-Polizeibataillon 65. He was wounded during defense battles "Abwehrkämpfe" on the northern section of the Eastern Front. Died on 25.1.1942 in the military hospital in Cholm.
Certificate to East Medal. Issued on 1. August 1942. Originally signed by an Oberstleutnant. Stains and folded once.
Rare certificate to Cholm Shield. Issued on 31. October 1942. Originally signed by Generalmajor Theodor Scherer (Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves winner). Folded once.
One letter from the Kompaniechef of Wilhelm Schubert to his wife. Dated 26. May 1942. In the letter, he informs his wife about the "hero's death" of her husband.
