Untouched Heer artillery visor cap named to Fahnenjuncker-Unteroffizier Eichorn from Potsdam. The cap comes with its original cordboard storage box which is named with pencil to the top.
Visor cap made by "G.A. Schilling", again based in Potsdam. Maker marked to a paper tag underneath the intact celluloid diamond. Fine gold color silk lining.
Originally attached insignia which is absolutely correct for an officer's candidate as Eichhorn. The cap comes with an EM/NCO wreath badge and chin strap but a fine hand-embroidered cap eagle which is attached by hand.
Some staining and signs of wear to the sweat-band. Minor moth damage to the cap itself.
