Photo grouping to Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves fighter pilot ace Major Klaus Mietusch. Mietusch served as commander of III./Jagdgeschwader 26 when he was shot down on 17.9.1944 by a US fighter near Aldekerk. Mietusch claimed 72 aerial victories (15 in the East, 57 in the West including the Invasion Front).

14 extremely rare photographs of Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves fighter ace Klaus Mietusch. Most show him wearing his Knight's Cross. One photo shows Mietusch jumping out of his Me109. It shows the written words "nach dem letzten Abschuss (67.)" to the reverse (after the last aerial kill (67th)).
