Grouping to the pilot Oberfeldwebel Heinz Baumann serving with Zerstörer-Geschwader 2, Jagdgeschwader 5, Nachtjagdstaffel Finnland, Nachtjagdstaffel Norwegen and 4./NJG 3.
Wehrpaß issued with an original photograph on 5.2.1938. Awards noted: Pilot's Badge, Iron Cross 2nd Class, Squadron Clasp in bronze and silver, Iron Cross 1st Class, Lappland Shield (20.7.1945).
Many campaigns noted on page 32 and 33 including campaigns at the "Eismeerfront", in Finland, Denmark and Norway. From 13.10.1944 until 8.5.1945 he served at Evjemoen, Norway protecting the coast and ships as it says. "Kommandantur Evjemoen" stamped.
Original "Luftwaffen-Flugzeugführerschein" with photo. Eagle to the front cover overpainted. He passed the "Blindflugschule" and had several trainings at two Jagdfliegerschule.
Rare Lapplandschild award certificate issued on 20.7.1945. Signed by an Oberst and commander of "Flughafenbereich 22/III" at Stavanger. Baumann was a POW inside "Lw.-Lager Ludwig" at this time. Folded once.
Photo album with 63 photos documenting the time as an army soldier before he was ordered to the Luftwaffe. Another 95 photos documenting his time as a Luftwaffe pilot. The album includes very nice photos of aircrafts and many interesting details. Used condition with signs of use.
