Dark green frog coat for an Oberleutnant serving with Leib-Dragoner-Regiment (2. Großherzoglich Hessisches) Nr. 24. Around 1910.
Correct white collar and piping with silver buttons.
Shoulder boards with red threads and one rank pip each. "N" cyphers (tsar Nikolaus) which would be correct for this tunic, however, the cyphers are taken from a lapel pin. The type is not correct for shoulder boards and was certainly added at a later time.
Correct black silk lining.
Fresh colors. Minor signs of wear and age.
