Nicely worn German WW1 period time M16 helmet made by Quist, Esslingen. Q66 maker and size marked to the shell. Original period time 3-color camo paint. A so-called "mimikry" camo paint from green, brown and red colors. Black color bordering. Original camo paint about 80%. Some rust to mainly to the inside of the shell.
Complete with its originally attached lining. Iron ring. Barely readably marked. One prong missing, one most probably re-attached.
Both button M91 with dents. Most probably repaired once as they were loose. Including a damaged and incomplete chin strap.
