Description
Blue tunic with "ponceau" red color cuffs and collar. Tombak buttons. Worn by a Sergeant serving with Infanterie-Regiment Herzog Friedrich Wilhelm von Braunschweig (Ostrfriesisches) Nr. 78 based in Aurich. Around 1910.
Gold color NCO's tress. White shoulder boards with red "78" numbers. Incorrect collar and shoulder board buttons.
Black silk lining. A later unit marking and name of the veteran written to the lining of the sleeves.
One cuff button missing.
Well worn condition. Some moth damage. Small size.
