An untouched early SA Service Dagger with "Röhm" dedication.
The blade comes with the rare etched dedication "In herzlicher Kameradschaft Ernst Röhm" as well as the motto "Alles für Deutschland". The dedication had to be removed after 1934 when Röhm was killed during the so-called "Röhm Putsch". Made by Eickhorn, Solingen. Maker marked.
Brown wooden handle with enamel SA roundel and national eagle (nickel). Matching nickel crossguards. The lower crossguard is "Nrh" (Niederrhein) stamped to the reverse. Original brown factory anodized scabbard. All four screws in place as well as are unopened. A slight dent to the lower fitting.
