Description

Heer parade uniform to an artillery Obergefreiter consisting of his tunic, his trousers and shooting lanyard.

Parade tunic with breast pockets and lower pockets design like an early "Gesellschaftsrock". A very rare example which does not look to have the pockets added later. The fabric is absolutely matching.

Hand-embroidered breast eagle with fine bullion top line. It would have been re-attached when the original woven eagle came off for fashion reason.

Dark green collar with machine-attached collar tabs. Sewn-in shoulder boards. Attached shooting lanyard.
Hand-applied rank chevron and "signal's" badge. Early tombak buttons!

Fine silk lining. Medium size. Minor mothing.

Straight trousers with red artillery piping to the legs. Silk striped lining with a barely readable "Geprüft Lg (La?) D.R.P (?) stamp. Two buttons period time replaced. One missing to the rear. No moth damage. Waist: 84cm. Length: 105cm.
