Description

A very late war Heer cavalry visor cap for an officer. It must have been tailored around 1944. The material used is very poor which is typically for that time of the war. The lining used is typically used for tunics (sleeves). The cap comes with a zinc eagle and an embroidered wreath badge. Gold-geld color piping with clear patina. Officer's chin cord. Late war sweat-band.

Minor moth damage. Stored flatened done so slightly out of shape. A very interesting and absolutely authentic cap. Size 57/58.
