Description

Kriegsmarine visor cap, cravat and officer's brocade belt with buckle to Walter Dörr. Dörr Walter was brorn on 02.09.1916  and awarded the German Cross in gold on 16.10.1944 as an Oberleutnant zur See serving on UJ 101 which was part of the 1. U-Jagd-Flottille.

Kriegsmarine officer's visor cap with removable dark blue top. Hand-embroidered officer's insignia attached by hand. Blue silk lining with stains and signs of wear. Celluloid diamond with cloth name tag "Watler Dörr". Grey sweat- band in good condition. Minor cracks.

The chin strap looks to be a modern replacedment.
No moth holes. Nice shape. Size 57. Condition 2.

Fine brocade belt without moth damage to the blue cloth backing. Tombak buckle with excellent guilding. 98cm long. "85" marked with pencil to the buckle. Foldable tombak loops covered with blue cloth. No corrosion. Nice condition 2.

Kriegsmarine cravat of his earlier service time.
