Description

Prussian cavalry sword M1891. Made by WKC, Solingen.

It comes with an etched blade to both sides. "WKC" maker marked. Brown grip without chipping. A nickel-plated basket hilt with a folding guard showing the Prussian eagle. Including the matching knot (damaged). Original black anodized steel scabbard. Dents.

Length: 97 cm. Condition 2-3.

Prussian infantry officer's sword M1889 (IDO 89). Made by Clemen & Jung Solingen.

Nickel-plated steel blade. Pitting, mainly below the handle. "Clemen & Jung Solingen" (logo) maker marked. Brass hilt fittings with a folding guard showing the Prussian eagle as well as the cypher of Kaiser Wilhelm II in the center. Black celluloid grip with intact wire wrapping. The cypher of Kaiser Wilhelm is also in place. The finger loop is missing. Black repainted steel scabbard. Small dents.

Length: 102 cm. Condition 2-3/3+.
