A quite early pre-RZM era visor cap of an Allgemeine-SS member. EM/NCO type with leather chin strap. Nicely worn condition without moth damage.
Silk lining with removed celluloid triangle. "W named to the lining. Sweat-band with clear signs of wear and patina. Parts of the sweat-band were "secured" with a few stitches since the original seam has opened. About 12cm are still open (towards the visor) but the visor still holds perfectly fine.
Removed insignia. Clear traces of them visible. Black cap band. White piping.
Something was attached to the cap band (left and right side). You can see a few stitches.
