Description

Late war officer's field tunic for a Leutnant serving with Artillerie-Regiment 203 which was established in December 1944. All insignia are period time attached. The tunic comes with an 1939 Iron Cross 1st Class attached. There is a second pair of hoops which were most probably for a Wound Badge or General Assault Badge.

Nicely worn 1939 Iron Cross 1st Class made by Wächtler & Lange. It is "100" maker marked to the reverse of the pin (please note that there is no picture showing the marking).
Originally attached ribbons for the East Medal and the Iron Cross 2nd Class.

Machine-attached offier's collar tabs. Hand-attached embroidered officer's breast eagle. Sewn-in red color Art.Rgt.203 shoulder boards.

Fine silk lining. A hanger for an officer's dagger. Complete buttons with most of the original color.

No moth damage. Nice condition 2. Medium size.
