Description

Early style white summer tunic with stand-up collar worn by a Wehrmacht Oberleutnant who served as an artillery so-called "Waffenoffizier". The tunic comes with two early shoulder boards showing the crossing cannons. The boards are the correct pattern for a summer tunic and can be removed before washing the tunic. The eagle can also be removed. A very nice silver finished hollow constructed type attached to two loops.
Several loops were removed indicating that this officer was well decorated. He could have even been awarded the German Cross or/and Spanish Cross since there are loops to the right pocket. Complete with all buttons. The rings they are attached with look to be modern.
Medium size. Some holes. Signs of wear.
