The sabre comes with a very nice etched blade to three sides. It displays fine ornaments on both sides. Furthermore a national eagle and a steel helmet with crossed rifles on each side. The front side shows additional the lettering "Zur Erinnerung an meine Dienstzeit". "E.P.&S." (Ernst Pack & Söhne, Solingen") maker marked. Minor stains.
Gilt brass hilt fittings and a lions head as pommel. Black celluloid grip with intact wire wrapping. No chipping. The front langet shows the national eagle with outstretched wings, holding a swastika in its claws.
Original black factory painted scabbard. Around 95 % of the original paint in place. No dents.
