Allgemeine SS, black service-trousers ('SS-Diensthose'). The pair is constructed from black-coloured- (ie. 'Garbadine'-type) wool. The pair is truly used- ie. worn and shows moderate age, wear and/or staining. The pair has a black-coloured (partial) lining and shows beige-coloured 'inner-pockets' (of which one shows a somewhat faded, linnen-based 'RzM'-etiket attached).
The trousers show bright-red-coloured (and woolen-type) 'piping' on both its seam-sides. The pair is void of any marking nor ink-stamp and has an approximate waist of: 83 cms. and length of 101 cms. It was clearly used and/or worn and shows some usage and wear (but is void of any real damage).
The red piping along the legs was probably added postwar. We can imagine this was carried on wearing as fire brigade trousers.
