A very rare Heer mid 1930s parade helmet made from stainless steel. Usually unknown to be manufactured from aluminum, this example is extremely rare to find. It is "EDELSTAHL" marked to the shell. The leather liner is still very soft and comes with the original cord. Thre is a barely readable size stamp. The size is 58.
The liner was attached with two trouser buttons postwar to keep it inside. It needs to get professionally re-applied with the correct rivets. The aluminum sheets need to be re-attached as well which is no problem.
About 85% of the original paint in place. The degal is in matching condition.
