This card was consigned by the son of the original owner, Otto Bals, and was never available on the market before. It belonged to Otto Bals jun, who worked at "The "Brown House" in Munich, the headquarter of the NSDAP party in Munich. Bals worked there in the staff of Rudolf Hess.
