Probably a ring of a medic serving with 2./Infanterie-Regiment 527.
"A.S.Kp.2/527" stamped inside. Made from silver. "935" or "835" silver hallmark (hard to read). The crest of the ring shows a helmet. Underneath is a crossed bayonet with a Staff of Aesculapius. Nicely worn.
