Wehrmacht K98 parade bayonet. Made by E. Pack, Solingen.
The blade comes with the etched inscription "Zur Erinnerung an meine Dienstzeit". Bordered by oak leaves ornaments. Furthermore "E. Pack & Söhne, Solingen" maker marked on the other side. This pattern of etching was mainly used by F. W. Höller Solingen and is extremely rare to find on other bayonets. A 100 % correct and period time (original) example!
Black bakelite grip plates. Full original black paint to the scabbard. No dents. "5" stamped to the throat. Including the matching leather frog and knot. "Schmidt" maker marked and "1943" dated.
