Heer M18 single decal helmet - family consigned
Description
Family consigned! This helmet was never available on the market before!
Untouched German M18 helmet issued in 1936 with a single eagle decal. The liner and chin strap are absolutely originally attached to the shell. The maker of the shell is hard to make out but the size stamp is "64". It is "57" size marked with white color to the dome. The leather liner looks to be 58 marked but again the stamp is hard to read. The chins strap is maker marked and 1936 dated.
The shell is in fantastic condition and comes with nearly 100% of the original fieldgrey paint. The decal has the swastika removed.
A stunning helmet and a shame about the denazified decal!
