An absolutely untouched Heer M43 field tunic made in 1944. It was originally purchased by the family and has not seen daylight for decades. It was never available on the market before. The shoulder boards were added later but were originally of the same soldier.
Textbook M43 field tunic with 101% period time attached breast eagle, collar tress and collar tabs. These insignia show the absolut identical insignia!
NCO tress and collar tabs were attached by machine. The machine-woven EM/NCO breast eagle was attached by hand.
Slip-on Feldwebel shoulder boards. "Goldgelb" piping worn by cavalry troops.
Typical silk lining. Size marked and "P44" depot marked. All buttons with typical grey late war color and period time attached.
One small rip to one sleeve, another small hole to reverse of the collar. No moth damage.
All medals are still attached and belonged to the owner of the tunic. A zinc "30" marked Wound Badge and a zinc unmarked Infantry Assault Badge in silver. Both were stiched to the cloth. One hole has turn into a small rip. The 1939 Iron Cross is attached to a pair of loops. The Close Combat Clasp in bronze is very fine AGMuK marked example with nearly full bronze finish. Attached through the cross. Period time attached Iron Cross ribbon.
