A nice Heer lion head officer's sabre. Made by Höller, Solingen. Model # 42.

Nice clean blade. "Höller" maker marked. Black celluloid grip with intact wire wrapping. Gilt brass hilt fittings. Lion head pommel with nice inserted red glass eyes. The front langet bears the Wehrmacht eagle. Matching officer's portepee.

Original black factory painted steel scabbard. No dents. With the leather hanger. Fully working snap clip.

Length: 102 cm.
