A chip to the top of the reverse. Nickel cross guards. Top scabbard fitting and cross guard are both hand-engraved with Hans Schneider SS number: "136730".
Original black painted steel scabbard with nickel-plated fittings. All six screws in place. Including the matching chain. "Neusilber" type A. The chain links display SS-runes and skulls. Septum pattern skulls! "SS" stamped the back. The snap-clip slightly ou of shape but fully working.
