  If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we will send an invoice choosing the payment and shipping options which we think are the most comfortable ones to you. United Kingdom - British War Medal 1914-18

Description

This British War Medal 1914-18 has the rim inscription: “237325bPTE.P.MC CONACHIE. 3-CAN. INF.”A native of Scotland, Peter McConachie, attested in 1916 and served with the 3rd Battalion (Central Ontario Regiment). He was killed in action during the Battle of Passendaele on November 5, 1917, and is buried in Ypres. His name is listed on the commemorative plaque of the 204th (Beavers) Battalion located in Old City Hall, Queen St., Toronto, Ontario. On original ribbon.
