Kill report document grouping to Leutnant Barthel serving with the 6./Nachtjagdgeschwader 1 together with his radio operator Feldwebel Rupprecht and his gunner Unteroffizier Mennen.

Original 6./NJG1 issued "Abschussmeldung" (kill report) for the above-mentioned group's kill of a four-motored British aircraft.
Documents state that the kill was a "ungeführte zahme Sau" one and that the aircraft was shot down near the west of Düsseldorf & north of Neuss on 2.11.1944.
The report is dated 5.11.1944 and was signed by Oberleutnant und Staffelkapitän Hager.
"Gefechtsbericht" signed by Barthel and two "Luftkampfberichte" signed by Rupprecht and Baur. (5.11.1944)
Signed "Stellungnahme des Staffelkapitäns" Oberleutnant Hager (5.11.1944) as well as a signed "Stellungnahme des Gruppenkommandeurs" signed by Breves.
Additional confirmation document of the kill, listing all kills of the operator, group, and Staffel. Signed by Adolf Breves.
