Description

Clearly worn M40 field tunic. Interestingly, this tunic looks to have been worn by a "Spieß" once. You can clearly see the shadow of two tress rings to both of the sleeves (hard to make out on the photos).

The tunic comes with a hand-attached Obergefreiter sleeve badge as well with an EM/NCO machine-woven breast eagle.

The collar tabs are factory attached by machine. The shoulder board buttons are period time attached and the shoulder board loops are in place.

All other buttons look a bit too good to be worn with this tunic. We tend to re-attached hear.

Cotton lining with size marings, a maker's mark and a "M40" depot marking.

No moth holes apart from a very small moth eaten area to the upper reverse.
Medium size.
