Nicely worn Heer EM/NCO visor cap to a Panzergrenadier. In fact, this cap was issued as a quite piped infantry cap and was period time dyed "wiesengrün" by painting the piping. That 100% happened period time and was a common thing when soldiers changed branches. It safed them from buying a new cap. The green color has mainly dissappeared.
Originally attached aluminum cap insignia! Including the chin strap.
Typical orange color lining. "DEUTSCHES LEDER" marked sweat-band. "Geschw. Hitzenbühler" maker marked intact celluloid diamond with a "Dominikus Paul" paper name tag.
