Family consigned grouping to Fallschirmjäger Oberfähnrich Walter Bauer available on the market for the first time! This grouping came straight of the granddaughter!

Pillow with awards, photos and documents to Crete veteran and Normandy fighter Oberfähnrich Walter Bauer serving with FJR6.

Oberfähnrich Luftwaffe soulder boards. Slip-on type, Yellow piping. No moth damage. 
1st pattern Wound Badge in black. Tombak. Two-place ribbon bar with ribbons for the East Medal and the Iron Cross.
KRETA cuff title. Clearly worn and "been there". Cut to 15cm.
Ground Assault Badge. "G.H.OSANG" maker marked. Zinc. Nice condition. 
Screw-back 1939 Iron Cross 1st Class. Nice original color to the core. We are unable to check for maker's since we don't take it off the screw-back which is behind the cloth.

A beautiful early tombak Paratrooper Badge by Deumer. "W.DEUMER" maker marked. Named "Ba." to the reverse (scratched). Intact setup. Nice patina. 

A second issued Soldbuch with not much records of his pre 1944 career issued on 39.9.1944 with originally attached photograph. Oberfähnrich (officer's candidate) promotion on 1.1.1945. Serving with from 16.1.1944 with Stab/Fallschirmjäger-Regiment 6. Page 7/8 is loose but still there. It shows late March/April 1945 entries. page 17/18 is loose as well. 1943 "Fallschirmjägerzulage record on page 19. 
Awards noted on page 22:
Wound Badge in black, Paratrooper Badge (April 1941), Iron Cross 2nd Class, Cuff title KRETA, Luftwaffe Ground Assault Badge, Iron cross 1st Class awarded on 1.8.1944 by 1.Fallschirmjäger-Division. A note that all awards were period time confirmed from his "Fallschirmschützenschein". 

Certificate to the Iron Cross 2nd Class issued on 15.6.1941. Original ink signature of General der Flieger Student. Stamped. Folded once. Two holes.

Certificate to the "Ärmelband Kreta" issued on 20.5.1943 to Oberjäger Walter Bauer serving with 3. Transportkompanie of 1.Fallschirmjäger-Division. Original ink signature of General der Flieger Student. Stamped. Folded once. Two holes.

Certificate to the Paratrooper Badge issued on 19.4.1941. Folded once. Two holes.

Two original photographs showing Walter Bauer jumping on of an aircraft as well hanging on his parachute. Both are damaged. Size: 18cm x 24cm. One postwar photo which is a copy of the two original photos.
Nice portrait photo of Bauer as an Unteroffizier with blue service tunic and visor cap. 
Period time song book. Maybe of his father.
