An untouched family purchased grouping to the later commender of Wehrmacht Kavallerie-Regiment 17. He served with the Bavarian cavalry pre 1918. Please see other lots at auction to the same officer.

Fine Bavarian officer's cartridge pouch. Constructed of red leather. Silvered front plate with the Bavarian coat of arms. Three attached brass studs to the bottom. All straps in place. Minor signs of wear. It comes with its matching shoulder belt in matching condition. Nice patina. Only one small moth-eaten area near the leather flap. 

Bavarian officer's parade sash with nice patina. A seam has opened which is the reason it is divided into two parts. Fixed with very old tape. 

All was kept in the original storage box of the pouch or the sash. It comes in partially broken condition. Diameter: 25cm.
