VIEW DESCRIPTION

A privately purchased light-weight tropical field blouse with insignia for a Nachrichten Leutnant. The owner was most probably of Austrian origin since his tailor used light-green Austrian fabrik. This makes this tunic quite unusual but still definitely period time.

Cut with an open collar. Originally attached buttons with full color. Hand-attached officer's breast eagle. Lining made from tunic fabric with stichting lines typical for Austrian tunics.

Loops for a ribbon bar which is still in place.

Medium size. Almost no signs of wear.
