Very interesting M40 helmet with original khaki color camo paint. Important: Some areas to the inside of the shell might look like rust pitting covered with color. That is not the case! There was sand mixed to the paint by the factory. 

Signs of wear but clearly around 85% of the original paint is still there. Original rivets and lining. The color of the rivets and the helmet are absolutely matching!
The lining is still soft. The original cord is missing.

The maker's mark looks like EF62. The size of the liner should be 56.
