Original Wehrmacht "RADIONE R2" portable radio. The radio was first issued to the Wehrmacht between 1938 and 1939. Made by Radiotechnische Fabrik Ingenieur Nikolaus von Elz, Wien. Attached maker's tag to the bottom. Metal case. A leather handle (the right side is broken, see the pictures please). All buttons in position. The plug including the power cable is missing. Very often the radio was used on U-boats.
