Nicely worn officer's field tunic for a Gebirgsjäger Leutnant. A light-weight "South Front" pattern Including a wartime Wehrmacht train ticket to "Sonthofen" found inside the tunic. Sonthofen was the home town of Gebirgsjäger-Regiment 99.
Period time attached insignia! Hand-attached officer's Edelweiss sleeve badge. A hand-embroidered officer's type.
Hand-attached machine-woven officer's breast eagle on dark green backing. Machine-attached officer's collar tabs. Green color officer's Gebirgsjäger shoulder boards for a Leutnant. No moth damage but the cloth was partially worn off to the front side.
Complete with all buttons. Silk lining. There probably was name tag once which was ripped off.
Loops for a ribbon bar or a Close Combat Clasp as well as for three awards.
