Description

A very nice Heer M41 Kavallerie field tunic for an Oberwachtmeister who served as a "Spieß".

The tunic was period time modified to look like an early "M36" tunic by changing the collar. The shape was slightly changed and  a dark green cloth was added. Also,  dark green shoulder boards were worn with this tunic.

Apart from the breast eagle which is postwar attached, this tunic comes in untouched condition!

Machine-attached EM collar tabs and NCO tress. You can see thread left were the tabs were originally attached but they were moved after promotion.
Machine-woven officer's breast eagle postwar attached by hand. Machine-attached "Spieß" rings to both sleeves.

One pair of award loops for one award as well as loops for a small ribbon bar which is still attached.

Complete and originally applied buttons.

Typical cotton lining, size stamped and a "B.II.43" depot mark.
No moth damage. Very nice condition. Medium size.
