Description

The owner of this tunic served with Pionier-Batallion 5 which later belonged to 5. Jäger-Division. Please see next lot for another tunic which belonged to the same soldier.

Nicely worn officer's field tunic for a Pionier Oberleutnant. A light-weight "South Front" pattern.

Hand-attached (period time) machine-woven officer's breast eagle on dark green backing. Re-attached officer's collar tabs. Black color officer's Pionier shoulder boards for an Oberleutnant. Nice patina.

Complete with all originally attached buttons. Silk lining. A hanger for a dagger.

Loops for a ribbon bar as well as for two awards.

Medium size.
