Both items belonged to Kapitänleutnant Dipl. Ing. Werner Grotsch and came directly from his son and has never been on the market. Werner Grotsch served with a Schnellbootflottille during WWII. After the war, he continued his service with the German Navy (Bundesmarine) and was awarded the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
