A solid brass construction. Numbered to the bottom. The ocular is fully working. Original rubber eyepiece in place. Below the ocular, a sign was removed. An attached sign on the side, with operating instructions. The optics are not clear, but possibly our application (test) was not correct. No damage to the mirror. The thin thread at the bottom is broken. Hard to find!
