Description

Untouched Würrtemberg Feldartillerie M1871 helmet for a one year volunteeer. Around 1910. Pressed cardboard body. Untouched gilt insignia and fittings. Never cleaned. Minor damage to the body which comes in great shape. Both cockades in place. Removable ball.

Fine ribbed silk lining without signso of wear. No extra holes. All nuts and prongs in place. Aluminum back-plate to the dome.

Notes including a size "56" note. Named to the rear visor.
