Third Reich Deutsche Jägerschaft (DJ) hunting dagger. So-called "Hirschfänger". Worn by a professional hunter.
The dagger comes with an excellent etched blade to three sides. It shows nice ornaments and hunting motifs. Furthermore the maker's mark "Z" by Clemen & Jung. The blade has a few small stains. A real horn grip with the attached DJ emblem. No damage. Silvered handle fittings. Including the portepee for professional hunters.
Dark green leather finished scabbard with silvered fittings. No dents. No damage. With the matching brown leather frog.
Length: 49 cm.
Slight signs of wear. A nice dagger!
