Description

Early uniform grouping for a Stabsfeldwebel serving with Infanterie-Regiment "Braunschweig" 17. Both, visor cap and tunic, are rarely unit marked proofing that both belonged to the same soldier.

Early ornamented 4-pocket tunic machine-attached collar tabs and hand-applied (postwar) machine-woven breast eagle. Three rank pips to each bord.
Fine silk lining. "Gepr.: 3./I.R.17" unit marked. A period time attached tailor's tag by "Carl Lippold, Braunschweig".

Including a 3-place ribbon bar attached through the cloth. All buttons in place.
Some moth damage. Medium size. 

Privately purchased straight trousers with silk lining and white piping. All buttons in place. Some moth damage.
Waist: 86cm. Length: 114cm

EM/NCO visor cap with aluminium cap wreath and eagle. An early Braunschweig skull attached above the wreath badge as traditionally worn by members of the regiment.

The rare is rarely unit marked „13/I.R.17“ to the sweat-band which comes with a few cracks. Siöllk lining. intact EXTRA KLASSE marked celluloid diamond.
