Pour le Mérite with Oak Leaves winner grouping - Wagner "938"
Description
Grouping to a Pour le Mèrite with Oak Leaves winner.
Pour le Mèrite with Oak Leaves. Made in the 1930s. Gilt. Blue enameled cross arms on both sides. No chipping. Made from real silver. "938" silver hallmarked and "W" (Wagner & Sohn, Berlin) maker marked to the bottom. "800" silver hallmarked Oak Leaves. Also gilded. With a 21 cm long neck ribbon. The ribbon was probably made after 1945.
Pour le Mèrite miniature (20 mm). Enameled. It has a small chip.
Portrait photo of an army officer. Probably the recipient of the Pour le Mèrite. There is a mirror on the back of the photo. Size: 7x4 cm.
Furthermore a portrait postcard of Kapitänleutnant Otto Wedding and a Kaiserliche Marine postcard (both framed) as well an imperial cloth pennant.
