A nice document grouping to Obergefreiten Franz Schröder serving with Panzer-Jäger-Regiment 656 and schwere Panzerjäger-Abteilung 653 as well as Sturmgeschütz-Abteilung 197. He was killed in action on 9.1.1945 at Rimling (near Bitche). Franz Schröder's Jagdtiger 134 was completely destroyed by a direct hit from an American bazooka. All crew members died. The battle and the destroyed Jagdtiger are documented in a book.
