USA - WWI 7th Infantry Division tunic and trousers - 1918
Description
The lot consists of:
1. A high quality, olive drab, M1912 wool whipcord tunic, with a stand-up collar. The four front patch pockets have button-down scalloped flaps. A shoulder flash, representing the 7th Infantry Division is sewn to the left arm. "FIFTH AVE UNIFORM CO." maker marked and 1918 dated. No holes.
Nicely worn condition 2.
Back 77 cm, Sleeve 60 cm, Waist ca 100 cm
2. A pair of coarse khaki wool breeches with five, metal alloy dish buttons marked "U.S. Army" to the front. A white tag sewn to the underside of a pocket states the manufacture (hard to read).
