Luftwaffe officer's gala tunic worn by an Oberleutnant serving with Regiment "General Göring" or any other later Hermann Göring unit. A fine and elegant quality privately purchased tunic with insignia period time attached.

Buttons: Complete and period time attached. All buttons show the same patina.
Closure chain: In place
Breast eagle: Excellent quality officer's breast eagle. A 1st pattern "drop-tail" example Accurate period time attached by hand.
Shoulder boards. Period time attached by hand. Rank: Oberleutnant. Color: White

Aiguilette in place and attached to a button underneath the right shoulder board. Excellent quality. No corrosion.

Fine white silk lining. Tailor's tag: none. Name tag: none

Including the matching vest. Again, complete with all period time attached buttons showing the same patina.

An absolutely untouched tunic and vest in excellent condition 1. Very rare to find one with white colored Hermann Göring insignia.
