Description
Scare Spanish Military Medal "Medalla Militar" on the original ribbon. "A.M." and "INDUSTRIAS EGANA" marked. Including the original certificate. Issued on 4. May 1939. A very rare set! The Military Medal is the second-highest decoration in Spain. Only 27 medals were awarded to Legion Condor members
Oberfeldwebel Hans Heinz served as a bomber pilot with Kampfgeschwader 152 "Hindenburg", Kampfgruppe 88 (Legion Condor), and Lehrgeschwader I. Killed in action on 29.09.1940 on the return flight from England. Posthumously awarded the Luftwaffe Honor Goblet and the Spanish Cross in Gold with Swords for his service in the Spanish Civil War.
