Description

Heer M36 field tunic. The earliest pattern issued to the Heer was designed with a dark green color and five buttons.
An untouched example with period time attached insignia.

Breast eagle: period time attached by hand as it should be for an M36 tunic.
Collar tabs: period time attached by machine after NCO promotion. Moved in position to allow room for the collar tress.
Shoulder boards: M36 infantry boards for a Feldwebel. "423" ciphers.

Lining. Cotton
Stamps: size stamps and a "Paul Opalla & Co." maker's mark.
Buttons: Period time attached. Complete

A medium size tunic in fantastic condition. Including an NCO's whistle on its correct lanyard.
