Description

Heer M43 field tunic for an infantry Schütze. An absolutely untouched tunic made around 1944 from Italian cloth! The tunic came with pretty moth damaged M44 slip-on EM shoulder boards inside the pocket and Feldwebel infantry shoulder boards slipped on.

Collar tabs: Machine-woven EM/NCO boards originally attached by machine.
Breast eagle: Machine-woven EM/NCO boards originally attached by machine.
Shoulder boards: Slip-on boards attached to the originally attached buttons and loops. White piped boards. Fieldgrey late-war tress. Feldwebel. Rare.
M44 shoulder boards inside the pocket.

Buttons: Complete. Factory attached shoulder board and pocket buttons. The front buttons are also original to the tunic but were secured with black thread.

Lining: Silk. No damage.
Markings: In place. Unreadable

Some moth damage. One repair to the right armpit with the same black thread.

A stunning never-cleaned tunic! Still dusty! The patina to the inside is absolutely matching! The way the breast eagle is attached is extremely rare!
